How to make Attukal Special Mandaputtu and Theraliappam?

Therali Appam Recipe is a sweet snack recipe made using fresh Bay Leaf. The word Therali in this recipe means Bay Leaf. This recipe is very famous in Kerala and is usually made as an offering to some of the deities during Puja.

This recipe can also be prepared using banana leaf as well but it does not give that unique flavor as bay leaves. This recipe is very simple and easy to make but getting fresh bay leaves is quite challenging.
