BASMATHI RICE
Tamarind – One small Gooseberry size
lukewarm Water – 3 Cups (total)
Big onion – 1 nos
green chillies- 5 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Oil – 1 tbs + 1tbs
Mustard Seeds -1tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 4 – 5 nos
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Dry red chillies-1 nos
