How to prepare Restaurant Style Malai kofta?

Malai is milk cream and Kofta are deep-fried balls. So, malai kofta literally means crispy deep-fried potato paneer balls (Kofta) dunked in a creamy sauce. This popular Indian vegetarian kofta is a popular restaurant-style dish. Malai kofta is one of the most sought-after Indian dishes in restaurants around the world, and for good reason.

Big onion – 3 nos
Oil – 1 tsp
BEANS- 1/4 Cup
Carrot – 1/2 Cup
Paneer – 100 gms
Cumin seed powder – 1/4 tsp
Kasoorimethi powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Potato – 1 nos
Salt( according to taste )
Maida – 1 1/2 tbs
Cashew nuts – 50 gms
Oil- ( for frying )
Oil – 2 tbs
ginger- 2 tsp
Garlic- 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder- 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
TOMATO – 1 big
Water- 2 Cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Onion Cashew paste
Kasoorimethi powder- 3/4 tsp
Cumin seed- 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 3/4 tsp
Fresh cream- 1/2 Cup
Coriander leaves
