A Homely Simple Lunch with Fish Curry, Tomato Curry and Fish Egg Omlette

This meal-prep technique will not only remove stress from your weekly grind, but it’s also easy on the wallet and good for the body. Here I’m sharing a simple lunch menu.

Grated Coconut- 2 Cups
Small onion- 5 nos
Coconut oil- 1 1/2 tbs
Tamarind- 0ne small Gooseberry size
Kashmiri chilli powder- 3 tsp
Coriander Powder- 5 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder- 1/2 tsp
Water- 1/2 Cup
Salt( according to taste )

TOMATO – 2 nos
Coconut oil- 11/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Small onion- 4 nos

Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tbs
Crushed chillies- 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Garlic – 6 big Flakes
Small onion – 5 nos
Coconut oil- 1 1/2 tbs

ginger- 1 Small Pieces
Garlic- 2 Flakes
green chilli- 1 nos
Big onion- 1 nos
TOMATO – 3 nos
Salt( according to taste )
Curd- 1/2 – 3/4 Cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 3/4 tsp
