Oil( for frying )
ginger- 1 tbs
Big onion – 1nos
Salt ( according to taste )
Coconut – 1 Cup
green chillies – 2 nos
ginger- 2 small
Curd- 2 1/2 Cups
Oil- 11/2 – 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal- 1 tsp
Dry red chillies- 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Sugar- 1 – 2 tsp
Milk- 1 – 2 Cups
Boiling water
Cumin powder
Carrot
Coriander leaves
It tastes best when served with a dinner or lunch meal. You can add your own twist of flavours to this recipe, however, the basic recipe will remain the same.
