Lemon juice – 2 tbs
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 1/4 tbs + 1 tbs
Coconut oil( For frying)
Garlic – 2 1/2 tbs
ginger- 2 1/2 tbs
green chillies- 2 tbs
Big onion- 6 Cups
Coriander Powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
TOMATO – 2 nos
Curry Leaves
TOMATO Sauce- 3 tbs
Water- 1/2 – 1 Cup
Coriander leaves
Tender coconut- 2 nos (Medium )
Pachari (Raw Rice) – 1 Cup
Sugar- 1 tbs
Small onion- 4 – 5 nos
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Tender coconut water
Salt( according to taste )
Soda bicarbonate- 1 Pinch
