5. Garlic (Finely Chopped) – 2-3 tsp
6. Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
7. Sugar – 1 tsp
8. Salt – According to Taste

II. Chicken Bell Pepper Recipe

1. Chicken – 300 gms (boneless) julienne cutting
2. Capsicum – 3 nos.
3. Spring Onion – 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
4. Big Onion – 2 (half slices)
5. Refined Oil – 2 to 3 tbs
6. Garlic (Finely Chopped) – 1 1/2 tbs
7. Cornflour – 1/2 Cup
8. Green Chillies (Chopped) – 1 no.
9. Dark Soya Sauce – 2 tbs
10. Green Chilli Sauce – 1/2 tbs
11. Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp
12. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
14. Salt – According to taste
