Maida – 2 Cups
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Dala – 25 gms + 50gms
Egg – 1/2

Refined oil – 1 1/2 tbs
Big onion – 4 nos
Salt ( according to taste )
ginger paste – 1/2 tbs
Garlic paste – 1/2 tbs
green chilli – 2 nos
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/4 Cup
Curry Leaves
Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
