Mushroom biryani is the classic vegetarian version of biryani which is a delicious Indian rice dish where the layers of rice, mushroom masala, and fried onions do its magic.
In today’s video I show you some how to make easy mushroom biriyani for lunch.
Ghee – 11/2 tbs
Oil – 2 tbs
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Caraway seeds – 1/2 tsp
bay leaves – 3 nos
Big onion – 3 nos
green chillies – 4 nos
Salt( according to taste )
ginger paste- 1 tbs
Garlic paste – 1 tbs
Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
TOMATO – 2 nos
Curd – 3 tbs
Cream cheese- 3 tbs
Chestnut mushroom- 450 gms
Lemon juice- 11/2 tsp
BASMATHI RICE- 3 Cups
Hot water- 4 1/2 Cups
Coriander leaves
