Hello dear friends, this is my 298th Vlog. This is In this video I demonstrate an easy way to make Aloo Parotta. Aloo Parotta (potato paratha) is a bread dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. The recipe is one of the most popular breakfast dishes throughout western, central and northern regions of India as well as in Punjab. Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough rolled with a mixture of mashed potato and spices, which is cooked on a hot tawa.

Potato – 2 Big / 3 Medium, Wheat flour – 2 Cups, Salt( according to taste ), Water – 1 Cup, Refined oil – 1 tbs, ginger – 11/2 tbs (Finely chopped), green chillies – 4 nos (Finely chopped), Big onion – 2 big (Finely chopped), Refined oil – 11/2 tbs, Mustard Seeds – 1tsp, Curry Leaves, Salt( according to taste ), Turmeric powder – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp, Coriander leaves, Ghee.

Aloo paratha is usually served with butter, chutney, or Indian pickles in different parts of northern and western India.
